We will submit claims for insured patients directly to insurance companies, including Medicare and Medicaid, in accordance with applicable insurer requirements. Please include accurate patient insurance information at the time of specimen submission and verify which laboratories are in-network or participate in your plan's benefits, as this information may impact your level of coverage. Patient Bills
On occasion, a patient's insurance will not cover the full amount of the bill. This may happen when a patient has not met their annual deductible, or if the service is not covered under the patient's policy. Certain tests are not covered under some Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial group insurance contracts. Compassionate Care of Financial Assistance Program
Fulgent and subsidiaries are committed to working with patients to make testing affordable. Uninsured Patients
Fulgent and its subsidiaries offer a cash price for uninsured patients. Select the "Self-Pay" option on our test requisition form and provide the patient's contact information. If ordering online, select the "Self-Pay" option in the billing portion of the ordering process. Fulgent or one of its subsidiaries will follow up with the patient directly regarding payment.
