We ship to all locations in the domestic US.
International orders are handled separately.

Specimen collection requirements depend on the specimen and test type. Please review both before sending in your patient's genetic sample.
Ship it back
Shipping requirements vary depending on the test type.
Your test kit will include a detailed list of instructions for your order and the return prepaid label.
